Client experience 1: Here we took on the job of managing a company's software sales for North America. For the first time in history that group made quota. The key was our ability to go in and understand their organization. It turned out they were lacking a strategy for, and focus on software in one of the key organizations. After we created a strategy, created metrics, and incentive systems, and managed execution we created linkages to key internal groups who needed to be focused on this as well and brought them into the picture. The result was a client that met their objective for the first time, and who grew revenue more than $200 million.

 

Client experience 2: This company needed a systematic way to go after alliances that would benefit them, as well as a way to deal with many companies that came to them seeking relationships. We created processes and systems for both. Then we executed those processes and ended up impacting their revenues well in excess of a$ billion/year.

 

 

Client experience 3: This small technology company needed to understand better why they weren't making their numbers. We helped them figure that out, and helped them get into 2 new areas where they could build a repeatable revenue model. We also got them into a strong alliance that has been very beneficial. More than 50% of their revenue, and profits today are a result of our initiatives.
